Various optically pure organosilicon compounds were synthesized or separated on HPLC. Stereoregular silicon‐containing polymers, poly(carbosilane)s, poly(carbosiloxane)s and poly(siloxane)s were synthesized from these compounds as monomer. Stereochemistry of the elementary reactions to give stereoregular polymers was elucidated.
