A butterfly structure and competing magnetic exchange interactions between the manganese( II ) ions and organic, ruthenocene‐substituted α ‐nitronyl nitroxide (NIT) radicals characterize the spin frustration system of a new dimeric Mn II complex (see scheme, IMH=reduced form of the imino nitroxide).
