Highly active and stereoselective palladium catalysts for the copolymerization of carbon monoxide with propene are prepared by using Josiphos‐type ligands bearing trifluoromethyl substituents. Thus, productivities of up to 1800 g polymer per gram Pd per hour were obtained with ligand 1 .
