Die Reaktion eines thermisch stabilen Silylens mit 1 führte zu dem Azatrisilacyclobutan 2 . Verbindung 1 wurde wiederum durch regio‐ und stereospezifische Insertion des α ‐Halogen‐freien Adamantylcyanids in eine Li‐C‐Bindung von Li[CH(SiMe 2 OMe)(SiMe 3 )] erhalten. NN=1,2‐[( t BuCH 2 )N] 2 C 6 H 4 .
