This article was written to demonstrate how career education concepts and techniques can he integrated into school psychology training programs. Each basic career education phase was presented along with implications for training programs. Adoption of these procedures should produce individuals with a clear career commitment to the profession of school psychology as well as the skills necessary to function effectively upon initial employment.
