Limited translation into English has been a major entailment of the loss of awareness of the nature and scope of Wundt's original system of psychology. This is an attempt to analyze the influence of selective translation by calling attention to the untranslated material and by offering the interpretation that Titchener translated from the Grundzüge what was vital to his system of Structuralism.
