Weighted least squares approach for conjoint analysis was used to examine buyer preferences toward aquaculturally produced hybrid striped bass. Results showed that all markets prefer fillets, the restaurant market prefers a fish weighing around 2.5 lbs. while the retail and wholesale markets prefer a fish weighing around 2 lbs. and that for the retail market year‐round availability is desirable.
