Acid‐ and base‐labile H‐Ras lipopeptides (see picture) can be efficiently synthesized by the combined use of the noble‐metal‐sensitive allyloxycarbonyl (Aloc) group, the acid‐labile tert ‐butyl ester function, and the reductively removable S‐ t Bu thiol‐blocking group, which were all mutually compatible (orthogonal).
