The cover picture shows the conformationally constrained aeg PNA structures arising from the introduction of alkylene bridges in the nucleobase linker, aminoethyl and glycyl segments, leading to structurally pre‐organized, stereodefined cyclic PNAs with interesting properties for therapeutic applications.
