A double‐balanced micromixer is implemented with a 0.35 μm CMOS process. The micromixer has a good frequency response, and thus only needs a small on‐chip inductor for RF matching. P 1 dB =−10 dBm, IIP 3 =0 dBm, and a single‐ended conversion loss of 4.7 dB are achieved at 2.4 GHz for a supply voltage of 3.3 V. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
