Unambiguous and complete 1 H and 13 C NMR chemical shift assignments for the sesquiterpene lactone glaucolide B are presented. Variable‐temperature NMR spectroscopy and two‐dimensional techniques including COSY, NOESY and HMQC were used. Copyright © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
