High resolution coherent anti‐Stokes Raman spectra of the Q‐branches of the ν 1 bands of 14 NH 3 and 15 NH 3 and their assignment

The Q‐branches of the ν 1 fundamental bands of 14 NH 3 and 15 NH 3 were recorded by continuous‐wave coherent anti‐Stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) at different pressures. Examples of the spectra at pressures from 1.4 to 5.0 kPa and the assignment of the observed lines are presented. For 14 NH 3 new experimental values for the Raman wavenumbers of K = 0 transitions were determined and for 15 NH 3 experimental wavenumbers of 71 IR and 56 Raman transitions are listed.
