The authors describe two cases of tamoxifen‐induced organic delusional syndrome that resulted from administration of 40 mg daily for the adjuvant treatment of breast carcinoma. After discontinuation of the tamoxifen therapy, the psychiatric episode resolved within 2 to 4 weeks. Because tamoxifen might cause delusional syndrome, the authors recommend full psychiatric evaluation in appropriate cases. Cancer 1992; 69:1415‐1417.
