Three families are presented containing two members of each family with myeloma over a 13‐year period in Northern Ireland. In all three families, the disease was concurrent, and the first reported cases of concurrent myeloma in a father and son and also identical twins are included. This incidence represents a greater frequency than would be expected and gives credence to the idea of an etiologic agent in this disease. Cancer 58:394–396, 1986.
