Fifty patients with Wilms' tumor have been reviewed. The time, nature and results of every radiologic investigative procedure performed on these patients have been reviewed. From this review and with reference to the literature, recommendations are made as to the most appropriate investigations to do in the initial evaluation and subsequent follow‐up of patients with Wilms' tumor.
