Two cases of spinal cord compression by non‐Hodgkin's lymphoma are presented. Both patients responded rapidly to the administration of chemotherapy alone, and neurologic signs and symptoms of disease were resolved. The potential efficacy of chemotherapy in epidural cord compression is especially important since radiation therapy may compromise the ability to deliver curative chemotherapy.
