Pulmonary blastoma is a very rare tumor, consisting of relatively well‐differentiated tubular glands embedded in a malignant mesenchymal stroma. Only 12 examples have previously been recorded in children. Despite lymph node metastases in the present case, the patient has survived for 24 years without evidence of recurrence following treatment by lobectomy.
