A patient with Hodgkin's disease, who at laparotomy had liver involvement with no evidence of Hodgkin's disease in the spleen, is reported. Rare alternate lymphaticovenous anastomoses exist that may lead to liver involvement in the absence of splenic involvement. Cancer 43:1146–1147, 1979.
