Immunoblastic lymphadenopathy developed 5 months before the clinical manifestation of an anaplastic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas in a 53‐year‐old male. The possible association and significance of this relationship, which has not been hitherto reported, is discussed. Cancer 42:1883–1883, 1978.
