The unique combination of clinically unsuspected stromal sarcoma and non‐infiltrating intraductal mammary carcinoma is presented. This association has not been previously documented. The clinicopathologic features of cystosarcoma phyllodes and mammary stromal sarcoma are reviewed to provide background perspectives to illuminate the unusual aspects of this case.
