Metastatic malignant melanoma of the urinary tract is seen quite frequently at autopsy, but the clinical diagnosis is rarely made. Three patients are reviewed who had metastatic melanoma to the urinary bladder diagnosed on intravenous pyelography. The radiographic appearance of these lesions and the clinical course of each patient are described.
