Analysis of two new cases and a review of the literature suggest that primary tumors of the greater omentum are distinguishable by upward and posterior displacement of the stomach, and downward and anterior displacement of the transverse colon by an extrinsic mass around which loops of small bowel are usually displaced. Clinical findings and operative management are discussed. Cancer 33:1526–1530, 1974.
