This is a case of malignant granular‐cell myoblastoma of the right thigh in a woman of 60. Pulmonary roentgenogram showed the existence of metastatic nodules. The patient died 129 days after she was admitted to the hospital. A classification of malignant granular‐cell myoblastoma was made after a review of the literature.
