A case of extensive nodular lymphoid hyperplasia of the small bowel associated with a primary small bowel malignant lymphoma of reticulum cell type is described. No other well‐documented association of this type could be found in die literature. This association could represent a fortuitous occurrence of the two lesions, but the possibility of the lymphoma having evolved from the lymphoid hyperplasia has also to be considered. There was no evidence of a dysgamma‐globulinemic syndrome of the type described by Hermans et al. 9 .
