Hodgkin's disease of the esophagus: Successful treatment of a rare complication

A patient with Hodgkin's disease presented with an esophageal sinus tract and bronchial involvement. Beyond documentation of the rather grave significance of this rare complication, the published literature offers little help in the management of the problem. An interrupted course of high voltage radiotherapy effected closure of the sinus and permitted proceeding with standard therapy for his disease.
