Abstract A case is reported of a rhabdomyosarcoma arising in the middle cranial fossa. In spite of radiotherapy, tumor spread to the orbit, nasopharynx, neck, and finally to the lungs. We believe this to be the first reported case of a primary rhabdomyosarcoma in the cranial cavity.
