The Co‐enzyme‐A level of all malignant tumors regardless of source, whether from rats, mice, or humans, was consistently and dramatically lower than the corresponding normal tissues, whether the tumors were already existing, or induced chemically, physically, or biologically. Furthermore, the Co‐enzyme‐A levels of livers, adrenals, spleens, or kidneys of animals bearing a malignant tumor were also consistently lower than those of normal counterparts.
