A 14‐year‐old girl developed myasthenia gravis coincidentally with a retroperi‐toneal tumor mass of angiofollicular lymphoid hyperplasia. The possible relationship between these two conditions is discussed, and three other cases of angiofollicular lymphoid hyperplasia at extrathoracic sites without myasthenia are briefly recorded.
