A unique case of adenocarcinoma of Bartholin's gland associated with Paget's disease of the vulva is presented. The histologic finding of intraductal carcinoma of Bartholin's gland extending along the secretory ducts to involve the epidermis and its pilar system is shown associated with typical Paget's disease of the vulva. The pathogenesis and the prognosis of the Paget's disease and the underlying adenocarcinoma of Bartholin's gland are discussed.
