A 3‐year‐old girl was noted to have embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in her left ear. She was treated with surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, and she is alive and free of disease 54 months later. An aggressive multimodal approach offers the best hope in curing this malignant tumor.
