A case of neural crest tumor (ganglioneuroblastoma) in a 26‐month‐old girl is reported. The presenting signs and symptoms included chronic diarrhea with failure to thrive, polymyoclonia‐opsoclonus, and cog‐wheel erythrocytes. These 3 features are discussed with reference to a review of 165 cases of neurogenic tumors in children seen at the Mayo Clinic over the past 35 years.
