A primary reticulum cell sarcoma of liver is reported. The gross and microscopic appearance fulfills the criteria of reticulum cell sarcoma with pleomorphic pattern. The fact that at necropsy the tumor had attained a large size with no evidence of spreading to any other organ substantiated this diagnosis.
