Sebaceous glands have been reported as components of both normal salivary glands and neoplasms thereof. Primary sebaceous gland tumors occasionally arise within the major salivary glands. We report here a case of an intra‐oral sebaceous gland tumor which appears to have arisen from the parotid duct.
