The clinical features of Burkitt's lymphoma may be closely mimicked by other benign and malignant diseases of the face and jaws. Twenty‐two such cases have been seen at the Lymphoma Treatment Center, Kampala, Uganda, over a period of 3 years. Seven illustrative examples—dentigerous cyst, ossifying fibroma, histiocytic lymphoma, chloroma, retinoblastoma, and 2 cases of embyronal rhabdomyosarcoma—are presented in detail and the distinguishing clinical and pathologic features discussed.
