A patient with benign lymphoepithelial lesions of the parotids who developed widespread reticulum cell sarcoma is described. Fourteen other cases of Sjögren's syndrome and/or benign lymphoepithelial lesions of the salivary glands are reviewed. Some of these cases were associated with thymoma, mac‐roglobulinemia, reticulum cell sarcoma of the stomach, progressive systemic sclerosis, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, hypergammaglobulinemia, high titers of antirheumatoid factor, Raynaud's phenomenon, and adenopathy.
