Documented cases of intracranial Hodgkin's disease are rare. Most of these cases are demonstrated only at postmortem examination. The case reported herein illustrates effective treatment with irradiation of biopsy‐proven intracranial Hodgkin's disease. Radioisotope scanning proved to be of particular value both in the original diagnosis of this problem and following the therapeutic response.
