A brief review of the clinical and lymphographic features of giant follicular lymphoma is presented. Nine patients with this disease, seen at the Massachusetts General Hospital, were studied. At the time of diagnosis, there was widespread lymph node involvement, and 4 of the 9 patients had splenomegaly. The lymphogram was positive in all cases; however, the findings were not specific and were indistinguishable from those of other types of malignant lymphoma or granulomatous disorders. The lymphogram was of value in determinging the extent of disease and treatment portal for radiation therapy, and also in follow‐up after initial definitive treatment.
