A case of plasmocytoma of the nasal cavity occurred in a 25‐year‐old Chinese man. This was treated by radiotherapy with disappearance of the tumor. Eight years later, the patient presented with an apparently solitary plasmocytoma at the lower end of the humerus which was proved by biopsy and subsequently treated by radiotherapy. At follow‐up 5 1/2 months after treatment, all investigations, including skeletal survey, study of peripheral blood, and estimation of serum proteins and paper electrophoresis of protein pattern, were normal except the sternal marrow study, which revealed disconcerting features of myelomatosis.
