Twelve adenomatoid tumors of the male genital tract are reported; three of them locally invaded the adjacent testis. These cases are compared with two previously reported instances of invasion. No evidence has been found to suggest that those tumors showing local invasion behave differently from the usual adenomatoid tumors. The presence of such invasion should be recognized as a problem in frozen section diagnosis. In view of these observations only local excision of the tumor appears to be indicated.
