Epodyl is a well‐tolerated soluble aklylating agent which has given short subjective remissions when given intra‐arterially and intravenously at several dose levels to patients with advanced primary and metastatic cancer of the brain that are resistant to conventional treatment. It has shown little effect when given intravenously to patients with cancer in other sites.
