To study the long‐term effect of the carcinogen 3‐methylcholanthrene on humoral antibody response, 14 New Zealand white rabbits were injected with pellets of 3‐MC and then challenged with human serum albumin. It was found that this carcinogen did not affect the humoral antibody response in these rabbits.
