Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) may be associated with serious hemorrhage. We describe 2 patients who received intravenous immunoglobulin given as a 24‐hr continuous infusion with a concomitant continuous infusion of platelets. This regimen was rapidly effective in increasing platelet counts in both patients. Am. J. Hematol. 65:85–86, 2000. © 2000 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
