A 22‐year‐old man with life‐long exertional fatigue and dyspnea was diagnosed as having bilateral congenital pulmonary venous stenosis by echocardiography with color Doppler examination. Fibrous membranes overlying the entrances of the veins to left atrium were the cause of obstruction and were easily resected. Cathet. Cardiovasc. Intervent. 49:328–330, 2000. © 2000 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
