Exercise‐induced ventricular tachycardia is a well‐described arrhythmia most commonly associated with atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. The case reported here presents its association with a coronary arteriovenous fistula, which has not been previously reported in the literature. Cathet. Cardiovasc.
