With a new high‐temperature high‐pressure vibrating tube densimeter prototype a computer‐controlled density measurement system was developed. The density measurements are realized fully automatically with the help of defined temperature‐pressure programs. With respect to accuracy, reliability, and time consumption this system represents an optimum for measuring PvT properties of pure compounds and mixtures.
