The chaotic and deterministic behavior of bubble coalescence in four different non‐Newtonian fluids is demonstrated in the present study. The rheological simulation and the birefrinence measurements corroborate for the first time that the chaos is induced by the dynamical competition between the creation and relaxation of stresses due to the passage of bubbles.
