In biotechnology, calculating rheological parameters during fermentation based on concentration measurements would be advantageous. The authors present a model to predict the rheological parameters over the complete concentration range using only a few experimental data. The results from the polymers PAA and NATROSOL are presented and compared with the experimental values.
