To estimate the safety of a chemical process, kinetic and thermodynamic data of the reaction have to be known. The transformation of experimental data obtained semibatchwise to equivalent batch data is a powerful method to avoid problems of the thermokinetic evaluation. This new method is especially useful in measuring and evaluating comparatively fast reactions, which cannot be measured in the batch mode.
