Processes for the production of spherical beads distributed uniformly are of major interest in different industries. Recently, the authors presented a new method for the production of uniform spherical particles. Here they report about recent improvements of the jet cutting method with regard to the mathematical model and the reduction of losses by the application of diagonal cutting.
