The magnetoconductivity of p‐type CuGaTe 2 , in metallic regime, has been measured at low temperatures in a magnetic field up to 20 T. The experimental data are analyzed in the framework of models that take into account the effect of weak localization and electron–electron interactions. Good agreement of the experimental data with theory is found. From the theoretical fit, both the inelastic and spin–orbit relaxation times are estimated and their dependence on temperature established.
